You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has been shipped. If you want to track your order, please click Track Order for information. For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again few days later. Please rest assured that the tracking number is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

1. Why my tracking number is invalid?
Please don't be worried. If there is a tracking number, it means that the parcel has been shipped out .The parcel is sent from our warehouse first. Parcels will arrive at the shipping company's processing center by plane. Each shipping company will pick up parcels from airport. Once they have scanned those parcels, the website will update the tracking number. It may take up to 3-7 days to see any tracking activity once the order has shipped out from our end. Allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station.
