Why does some items take longer to be delivered? 

Some clothing items are handmade. Some Luxury items take a little longer to process and ship. They are called special order items. Special order items are sometimes available for preorder. 

 

How long is shipping and handling?

Processing time 1-3 Days Shipping and handling 1-3 Weeks. Shipping times does not include processing time. Additional time may be required for invalid address and to pass custom clearance.   

While, special orders can take up to 3 weeks.  Special orders are orders that are made upon Request. Certain brand designers take longer to make and ship because of back order of item. 

Shipping times does not include weekends and or Holidays.  During Holidays processing times can take up to 7 days.  

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes 

 Am I able to track order?  Yes, After order is processed and shipped.

Transit times to United States 5-15 Business days. Transit times to international 10-45 Days.  Average transit time depending on location is 3 weeks.  

 

There are circumstances that are out of our control ( natural disasters, holidays, weather etc ) that may cause shipment postponements  While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that the carriers may experience.  for this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.  Delivery issues are issues with the shipment company once the order is processed.
